AITZ Glass Installation Vision System
The AITZ Glass Installation Vision System uses ATM-only technology to develop AITZ 3Ds, AITZ LZ, and AITZ vision software
The combined system is an innovative complement to the degree of completion and error range compared to traditional glass-mounted vision systems.
In addition to accurately measuring the deviation of the body and installing the glass in the correct place, the glass is re-calibrated before installation even if it is not normally installed for other environmental reasons such as deformation of the vehicle body, change in glass curvature, and tilt during adsorption.
Characteristics
- Accurate and fast body deviation measurement with AITZ 3Ds (time required: around 1 second)
- Detailed correction of final positional deviation through AITZ LZ (required time: around 2 seconds)
- Normal measurement is possible despite defective specifications such as partial interference in the 3D scan area and deformation of the vehicle.
- Normal measurements can be made without some disturbance interference and external lighting
- AITZ LZ measurements can balance the final vehicle in place even if the glass mounting position is misplaced due to changes in the vehicle's position and other impacts after a 3D scan
