The Robot Vision System is a machine vision system using industrial robots,
and it is a high-speed/high-precision sensor system that processes various models simultaneously in a single process line.
The robot vision system uses 2D/3D vision sensors and industrial and robot together.

and is a non-contact equipment that processes and utilizes images acquired through cameras.

Position Compensation Vision System

The Postion Compensation Vision System implements assembly/transfer/application/guitar operations in the factory automation line by measuring the position of the product and correcting the location of the production equipment in order to align the positions of the flexible production products placed on the transport devices (conveyors, hangers, etc.).

Inspection Measurement Vision System

TheInspection measurement vision systemis a solution developed in line with the factory's unmanned automation trend and provides it to various automatic factory areas. Based on stable pattern matching and multiple pattern recognition using global vision maker COGNEX algorithm and its development algorithm, various application algorithms are applied to various inspection equipment at industrial sites.

Measurement inspection It is an inspection equipment that measures the actual dimensions produced by the factory line to detect defective products, usually in 0.01mm units.
We support DB and SPC software for quality control of accepted and defective products.
Inspection of existence and absence The defects of the products are examined and selected through the determination of patterns, colors, contrast, illumination, EDGE, and materials.
Inspection of ID This technology recognizes various 1D/2D bar codes, hieroglyphics, printed characters, and labels to facilitate quality control such as tracking and managing manufactured products.
